This website is operated by Kate Alexandra Jewelry, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kate Alexandra Jewelry, LLC. Kate Alexandra Jewelry offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Orders
Orders may be placed online at www.kate-alexandra.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. All items are made to order, and estimated delivery times are between two (2) to four (4) weeks. If the item happens to be in stock, it will ship immediately. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
International Shipping
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase, please contact us at info@kate-alexandra.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.
Shipping to Hawai’i and Alaska
All orders placed to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are subject to higher shipping rates and you will be contacted by a sales representative to arrange an additional shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Since all items are made to order, we are unfortunately not able to take returns on any item.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from Kate Alexandra Jewelry, LLC.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.
Site Information
We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog of products is as accurate and complete as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that it may not be completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -including after an order has been submitted- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products.
Site Imagery
Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.
All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for standard size rings is based on a US size 7. Pinky or midi rings are based on a US size 4.
