Q: When will I receive my Kate Alexandra Jewelry purchase?

A:  Each item has a different lead time, specified at the bottom of the product description on the product pages. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please see โ€œRush Optionsโ€ for information regarding rush deliveries.  


Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We are happy to exchange an item in the case of a product defect, and can be accepted within seven (7) days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All special order items are final sale. For questions, please email us at info@kate-alexandra.com.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Sales tax will be collected only for orders purchased in California, and/or shipped to California addresses.


Q: What forms of payment does Kate Alexandra Jewelry accept?

A: We accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can also accept mail in checks. If you prefer to pay by Venmo or Zelle, this is also an option, and we can give you instructions for sending payment by these means; please contact info@kate-alexandra.com.

Jewelry Care

Q: What is the best way to care for my Kate Alexandra Fine Jewelry pieces?

A: Kate Alexandra Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.

๐Ÿ’Ž We recommend to remove your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, applying lotion/perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.

๐Ÿ’Ž At the end of the day, lay your jewelry out flat to avoid tangling and scratching. For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not get tangled or knotted.

๐Ÿ’Ž To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your silver or plated jewelry, we recommend using any anti-tarnish silver polish that can be found at your local supermarket or drugstore. Some brands that we have found to be effective include Tarn-X and Hagerty. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to always wear gloves when working with silver polish. For gold (silver too) we like to use a polishing cloth like these.available on Amazon.

๐Ÿ’Ž To clean your diamond jewelry, use a warm water, with dish soap and use a  soft toothbrush to gently scrub the gold and diamonds.


Chain Lengths

Q: What does it mean that my necklace can be made in adjustable lengths?

A: All necklaces come as a standard 16" long (unless otherwise noted in the Product Description.)  If you prefer to order a chain that is longer or shorter, this can be noted in the comments section during checkout.  Longer chains will require an additional fee.  Chains can also be ordered to have two jump rings, so that they can be worn at two different lengths. (Many of our necklaces come this way.) This request should be noted in the comments section during checkout.  


International Shipping

Q: Does Kate Alexandra Jewelry ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Should you refuse a shipment from Kate Alexandra, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kate Alexandra Jewelry.
